Francis Family For FHE

I was so happy to see that gas was down to $3.09/gallon today.  Yet, it’s a sad commentary on the economy that I think $3.09 is a good price.  I remember buying gas for $0.99 in high school.  Oh, well…maybe in 30 years from now when gas is $20 I’ll wish it was back to $3.09.

We invited Liz & Liberty & Jacob to come over tonight for Family Home Evening (who says it can’t be on a Tuesday night instead of Monday night).  We had a (short) lesson about Noah’s Ark & how it’s important to listen to the prophet.  We talked about how we can listen to the living prophet in a few weeks during General Conference & how he’s the Noah of our day.  Then it was on to everyone’s favorite part of FHE…the treats.  We had sheet cake éclairs and then sat & talked while Autumn & Jacob played.  It was a super fun night & we’re so thankful to have such FABULOUS FRIENDS!
