Girl’s Night In For One

Tonight after I got Autumn into bed, I had a hankerin’ to watch a chick flick.  I couldn’t decide between these 2 great movies.  I posted it on Facebook for fun to see which one people would pick.  The overwhelming response (7 to 1) was for Pride & Prejudice.  It’s such a good movie & one part that literally makes me laugh out loud even though I’ve seen it at least 80 times is when Mr. Collins says, “what a superbly featured room and what excellent boiled potatoes.  It’s been many years since I’ve seen such an exemplary vegetable.”  He’s such a dweeb!  LOL!

I had a hankerin’ for these Gooey Butter Cake bars (or sometime’s they’re known as Chess Bars).  So, I baked up a batch.  They’re so good!  With a great movie & great treats, I had a great girl’s night in for one!
