Our elf, Rosy Posy, came back the night before last. She was so tired from her trip from the North Pole that we found her asleep in a bed in the Barbie doll house. Then today she must have been super tired again, b/c we found her hanging from the ceiling fan.
It was REALLY foggy this morning on the drive to Autumn’s school. It’s rare for us to get this thick of a fog, so Autumn was super happy that we were driving in the clouds.
The school nurse called today around 10:20 to let me know that Autumn was complaining about not feeling well. She’s had a cough and runny nose the past few days, but she hasn’t had a fever at all. But, since Autumn never goes to the school nurse, Mom was an angel and went and picked her up for me. When I got to Mom & Dad’s after work today Mom said that Autumn was perfectly fine all day except for coughing a little bit, and could have stayed at school. Oh, well.
Autumn’s favorite book to read lately is this Snow White book. I noticed tonight that her reading all of a sudden has improved by leaps and bounds. I am so proud of her!!! I had a Justserve meeting tonight at 8:30, so Mom came over to stay w/ Autumn while I went to the meeting. I don’t know what I would do w/out Mom & Dad and all their help.
