Tonight when Nick got home from work he brought home a special present … EGG NOG!!! It’s the first one we’ve had of the season and it was so rich and so delicious and so worth every single calorie! I LOVE eggnog!
I have had something going on almost every single night this week and we were in need of some groceries. So, I went to WalMart at 10:00 pm. I like shopping late at night by myself b/c the store is less crowded and I can take my time. I am always so thankful for the HUGE blessing it is of being able to buy the things we need, and in such a convenient way as a grocery store that has what we need. There are a lot of people in the world that don’t have this luxury, so I try my hardest not to take it for granted.
I got home and made a batch of our delicious cornbread for a Halloween party we’re going to tomorrow. I didn’t get to bed until well past midnight, but it will be worth it when we eat that delicious cornbread tomorrow!

I love eggnog too! So yum! It is a blessing to never go without. One we need to remember. And Eggnog is a blessing too :) we need to enjoy it while we can!
