Pizza Cook Off Combined Activity

Tonight for Young Women’s, it was everyone combined but we met separately as classes to start.  The Deacons (12-13 year old boys) were in charge & they wanted to have a pizza cook off.  So, the Laurels all met at my house and we used naan bread as our crust & then put basil pesto for the sauce, chicken, cheese, & crumbled up crispy bacon.

Then we all met at the Young Men President’s house at 8:00 & they had 2 judges there to taste all the pizzas & declare the top 2 winners.  I for sure thought we were going to win, but we didn’t even place in the top 2 (out of 6 classes).  Oh, well.  It was still a fun activity and we had fun making our pizza & pretending like we are on a cooking show on the Food Network.
