I was almost run off the road today on the way to work! I was in the far outside right lane, and this STUPID run down truck started drifting over into my lane!!! I slammed on the brakes & slammed on my horn & he still kept coming over! Luckily he finally heard my horn & moved back to his own lane just in the nick of time. He was just inches from hitting my car. My heart was beating so fast & I was so thankful he didn’t hit me.
It was super nice to not have anything going on tonight, and not have anywhere we had to be. We had a nice & relaxing dinner at home and then Autumn asked me to help her organize her 756,824,192 rainbow loom bands (this was just one bag …. she had 3 more just like this). It’s a good thing for her that I LOVE to organize things. We worked on sorting them into colors while watching TV. Before we knew it, it was time for bed.
I got her to bed & then watched the last episode ever of Parenthood. It was SO GOOD & I was bawling like a baby at the end of it. I was surprised that I was so emotional about it, but I think it’s b/c Zeek reminds me a lot of my Dad & I can’t even fathom losing my Mom or Dad. They’ve been gone on a cruise to Antarctica for 3 weeks & I miss them like crazy … what am I going to do when they’re gone on their mission for a year and half!?!?! I was so pleased w/ how they ended the show w/ the peeks into the future of what life looks like for the Braverman’s. I will miss watching it every Thursday night.
