As soon as I got Autumn from daycare tonight, we went to WalMart to get some groceries before the bad weather hit. We ran into Uncle Curt & had to stop & get a pic w/ him. Autumn has one of those produce bags blown up tucked into her shirt, which is why she looks so big. She cracks me up!
We rushed home, put groceries away, packed up some clothes, and hurried over to Nate & Riannon’s. I’m glad we went over there when we did, b/c it was raining/sleeting/hailing all at once! This is the wintery mix on the hood of my car. YIKES! It’s a good thing that we decided to cancel Young Women’s at 6:00 b/c this hit at around 6:40 and it would have been scary driving home after mutual.
The back patio was like an ice skating rink by the time Nate got home. I’m so glad we’re all home safe and sound and that Nick didn’t have to work tonight. The roads are really treacherous.
Dad texted me this picture of the sisters doing a Texas puzzle together, and I texted back that it looks like they left that seat open just for me and that I was on my way. LOL! I wish!!!
