When we woke up this morning, we were greeted by this beautiful winter wonderland of about 3” of snow! I’m glad we spent the night at Nate & Riannon’s last night so I could use the internet today to work from home.
While our view was cold & snowy, this was Mom & Dad’s view today of the St. George temple. I love how stark white it is against the bright blue sky. Not to mention that gorgeous pink blossoming tree!
After lunch we went outside to enjoy the snow and have some fun.
Meanwhile in St. George, Mom & Dad did a temple session with Keith, Jana, Jeri, Jill, Rick, & Jozet (Jeri’s daughter who is taking the picture). Then they went out for lunch.
Nate built this awesome snowman w/ a little bit of help here & there from Autumn & I. Olivia was NOT a fan of the cold weather, even though she’s wrapped up in a warm blanket.
We used some spice bottle caps for his eyes, a carrot for his nose, and cloves for his mouth.
While Nate & I were working on the snowman, Autumn (all on her own) went and shoveled out the word “FAMILY” in the snow! She’s such a sweetie. After dinner Autumn & I came home so we could do some laundry and get some other things done around the house. It was a fun snow day!
