Flowers & Birds

We had no plans tonight, so we just spent a quiet and relaxing Friday night at home. Autumn rode her bike around the neighborhood while I did a little weeding. We have these pretty flowers that come 4 to a stalk and they’re so big & heavy that the stalk tends to fall over. I love it that they bloom year after year.

We had to go check on “our” baby birds, and I’m shocked at how much they have changed since Tuesday! Look at how many feathers they have now!!! I love it how the one right in front looks like he has his wing up and is hiding from having his picture taken. We don’t look at them for very long b/c we don’t want to upset them.

Once it started to get dark we came home and I let Autumn stay up late (9:20 pm) watching Teen Beach Movie (we have it recorded now that we have DVR).
