Volleyball

Tonight for YM/YW we were all combined. We were going to play sand volleyball, but there was an over 50% chance for rain and thunderstorms all day. It was dark & cloudy all afternoon so we decided to err on the side of caution and just had everyone meet at the church. We played in the gym and split up into 4 teams. It was a fun activity, and after it was over there was a huge swarm to the treat container.

I’m thankful that I’ve been able to bring Autumn to these activities now that she’s a little older and doesn’t need my undivided attention. It was nice when Mom would take her for me, so she could go home and get to bed at 8:00. Now we don’t get home until about 8:45, but since Autumn is older that loss of 45 minutes of sleep isn’t as bad as it could be if she was younger.
