Brownie Batter Face

We got up this morning, got ready for church, and I took Autumn over to Liz & Liberty’s (the family that usually watches Autumn for me was out of town), and then I went to ward council. I know some people who look at ward council as just one more meeting they have to attend, but I love it b/c I get to associate w/ such wonderful people from the ward and get to know them better.

During 3rd hour we had visiting teaching conference in Relief Society, so ALL the women from Primary & Young Women’s went to Relief Society and the men did the teaching. Bishop taught all the YW, and it was really nice to just go and sit and listen and enjoy in Relief Society.

We came home, made dinner, and then made a pan of brownies for dessert. I let Autumn lick the whisk and had to make her stop so I could get this picture. She had no idea she had brownie batter all over her mouth, like she used to do when she was really little. LOL! She cracks me up.

When Nick got home from church I made him sit and watch the YOUNG single adult broadcast with me. It was really really good, and I’m glad we watched it together. After it was over Autumn & I ran some of the brownies we had made over to one of my YW that hasn’t been to church in a while. I just wanted to let her know she’s loved and missed. Why do the weekends go so fast?!?!
