TRIPPY Alice In Wonderland 4D Maze

I didn't go to the temple this morning b/c I got home from my ride along at 5:30 am and slept until 11:00! Autumn & I finally got going for the day around 1:00. We went to one of my favorite restaurants, b/c it reminds me of Cafe Rio. Their sweet pork salads are soooooooo good!

Then we headed over to the Gaylord to go to the "Alice In Wonderland 4D Maze." The Gaylord is MASSIVE and they had cool Alice In Wonderland themed displays all over. This one made out of sand was phenomenal.

We found the entrance to the maze, gave them our tickets, and got our 3D glasses. The first thing was this spinning tunnel. When you stepped into it, it felt like the bridge was rotating and we were laughing and screaming and holding on for dear life!

Then we walked into a big room that had all these TRIPPY neon murals on the walls.

Which door to choose???

Once we finally picked the right door, that led into this room. That big plant in the upper left hand corner would randomly spray out a stream of mist that freaked us out the first time!

Then that room led to another room which led to this maze of mirrors. I had to take my 3D glasses off in here b/c I kept running into stuff. It was crazy! We finally found the exit and were super disappointed, b/c it only took about 5 minutes to go through the whole thing. However, we could go through as many times as we wanted, so we went back through it at least another 12 times. We spent most of our time on the bridge b/c it was the most fun.

My eyes were starting to wigg out, so we left to go and walk around the hotel for a little bit. We found some more Alice In Wonderland displays. Autumn's looking oh so fancy with her pinkie up for tea time.

Autumn wanted to walk around outside, and we found a vineyard in the grounds around the hotel! We also found this really cool wall that was COVERED in greenery. It started to rain lightly, so we made our way back into the hotel.

We went through the maze a few more times, got dizzy on the spinning bridge, and happened to run into Alice & The White Rabbit on our way out. I love that Alice is wearing cowboy boots ... only in Texas!!!

By this time we were super hungry again, so we met up with some friends and went to Cheddars for dinner. The sunset was so pretty tonight after the rainstorms! It was a great day.
