Alone Time But Together

Went over to Mom & Dad’s after work/school and snacked on some hummus & chips while we waited for Dad to get home from work.  We watched some recorded shows that we hadn’t seen, and then Mom grilled corn out on the grill and some turkey burgers.  I thought the turkey burgers were good even though they were a little dry.  It’s a good trade to have a healthier burger w/ less fat.

We didn’t stay for very long, b/c Mom & Dad needed some alone time.  So, we came home and I worked on my Project Life while Autumn played w/ her dolls and watched a movie.  We both like to have some alone time to do our own thing, but we like being in the same room together while doing our separate things.  I put her to bed and that’s one of my favorite parts of the day b/c of our little routine we do each time.  And if I forget something, she’ll remind me.  For example, I left the room after kissing her good night and she said, “Mama, you forgot to say ‘good night sweet girl’”.  I LOVE her so much!
