Like I’ve said before, I really don’t like daylight savings time b/c it’s already dark by the time I go get Autumn from “college”. But, I do have to say that I love getting to see vibrant sunsets like this one.
We went over to Mom & Dad’s house for dinner and then had some special visitors come over. Liz & Liberty stopped by so Mom & Dad could see Baby Jacob. Autumn really liked being around him and kept wanting to smooth down the hair on his head and give him kisses. I kept telling her we need a new baby at our house someday.
It was so good to see them, b/c I haven’t seen them since they were in the hospital after Baby Jacob was born. They make such a CUTE little family and I am THRILLED for them! Baby Jacob is just too precious and I loved getting to hold him and kiss on his fat little cheeks.
Autumn & I left when they did so we could come home and go to bed. I put Autumn down and worked on my MPLife, just like usual. I had to drive the forklift today at work to unload a delivery b/c all the guys were gone to lunch. The truck driver was a big buff black guy and was TOTALLY flirting with me. It made my day and was good for my ego. He was asking me what I do for fun and I told him I’m really boring and just work and then go home. He probably thought I was blowing him off (and I kind of was) but it’s true…my idea of fun is chilling at home and working on my Project Life! LOL!
