Mom called and said she & Andrew were going to go pick up Autumn and for me to come meet them at McDonald’s for dinner. The kids had fun running around and playing. Mom & I sat and talked and then she got the kids an ice cream cone. I love it how Andrew kept getting it all over his chin, and he wasn’t even doing it on purpose.
They were so happy to see that they toys they got in their Happy Meals were the ones in the display case. While sitting at McDonald’s I noticed one small nit in Autumn’s hair and almost started crying on the spot. I am SO DONE w/ all this lice crap. I have spent over $50 on all these lice kits. But, I went to WalMart while Mom took the kids back to her house. I got another lice kit and we did the whole thing one more time w/ Autumn. We washed her hair, then combed through it using the lice killing gel, rinsed the comb in boiling water, etc. I don’t know how I would do it with Mom.
We got done at 9:30 and we came home and I put Autumn in my bed (b/c it has all clean sheets and pillows) and then I sprayed her room and washed all her sheets, towels, etc. I was so happy that these eco-grocery tote bags came in the mail. Mom emailed me a deal on Yorkphoto.com where each one was just $1 plus shipping and handling. That made them only $3.66 each!
