Flowers & Sleeping Beauty

Tonight when we got home, Autumn asked if she could use my phone to go & take a picture of these big beautiful red flowers that seemed to just bloom overnight.  I was secretly so overjoyed inside that she seems to be inheriting my love & appreciation for nature.

I have to sneak into her room every night before I go to bed to check on her and give her a little kiss on the cheek.  She’s so sweet … when she’s asleep!!!  LOL.  I just love her to pieces and am so grateful that she’s mine.  She looks so huge in this bed.  I remember how little she used to look & all of a sudden she just looks so long.  She’s going to be an Amazon woman like her Mama.
