The whole reason Frank was gone for so long to Oklahoma this time was b/c he took Grant & Marissa to an Avenged Sevenfold concert in Tulsa tonight. I guess that Avenged Sevenfold is Grant & Marrisa's very favorite band ever (I've never heard of them) & Frank got them tickets for their Christmas gift. From the pics & video he sent me, the kids had a great time. He was just happy to get to spend some time w/ them and make memories. ROCK ON!
After dinner, Autumn & I went over to Nick & Savi's to pick up the mail, drop some things off, but mostly to love on Baby Matthew. It's hard to believe that he'll be 5 months old in a few days! He's so handsome & always smells so good. Savi's sisters, Sofia, is here visiting from El Salvador for a month. She graduated from college & is taking a vacation/break here in the states. It was so good to see her again.
She brought these awesome & colorful huarache sandals from El Salvador with her for Autumn's belated birthday present. Savi is so thoughtful! She also brought some special El Salvadorian cream (kind of like sour cream) that Autumn loves.
