Baby Clothes, Mormon Prom, & The Brothers

I ended up staying home from work again today b/c I'm sick. I called & got an appointment to go to the doctor's at 10:00. I was telling Frank that I can't think of a time that I've ever been to the doctor for being sick. Dad's always been around and checked my throat & ears & written me for antibiotics if I needed them. Ends up I do NOT have strep throat, just a super bad cold. I'm thankful I went just for peace of mind and to make sure nothing would harm the baby. Frank is a STUD MUFFIN of a husband b/c he made me breakfast, got us lunch, and made dinner. He wasn't feeling good today either but stepped up when I was down and out. Forget the chocolate & roses ... that's TRUE LOVE right there!!!

It was a blessing in disguise, b/c I was able to get ALL of the size newborn - 3 month clothes that we've been given washed, folded, organized, and put away. I haven't really had the nesting bug until after the baby shower. It's nice to feel prepped & prepared for baby girl to get here whenever she's ready. She's got enough clothes to wear a different outfit every day for at least 2 months!

Spencer asked a girl from church to Mormon Prom today! He was just going to ask her face to face but I told him he has to do something cute. She wasn't in seminary this morning, so he took the stuff to school and did it there. SO STINKIN' CUTE!!!

Dad's brothers (except for Robert) all went to visit him & Mom in South Africa. They got there on Monday & have been having A BLAST! I'm thankful Rett & Darcy have been posting pictures on Facebook so I can see all the fun they're having. This morning they went golfing together.

After school today, Autumn got to go home w/ a few friends and hang out and play since there's no school tomorrow. I felt well enough after a 2 hour nap to go get her. I'm glad she has good friends at school. She talks to me at night and tells me how some of the girls her age are drama queens and how she wants nothing to do with that. YES!!!
