Last Cheer Competition

Whew! What a busy Saturday. I was asked to speak at a baptism this morning for a family in our ward that isn't super active. I was honored to be asked, and I especially loved getting to see Riley, one of my former young women.

After the baptism, it was off to Autumn's cheer game. I love it when they get to cheer at the park, b/c then we get to be closer to them. One of the girl's brothers was behind them doing the cheers and jumps w/ them. It was so funny!

 Stunts & cheers

All lined up for one of their cheers. This isn't a picture I could have gotten if they were cheering at the stadium.

Also, we love getting to run out on the field at the end of the game & create a tunnel for the football players to run through.

B-bugs is starting to get her first front teeth! Look at those 2 cute little bottom teeth poking through. You would never know she's been teething b/c she's been as happy as can be.

Tonight was the cheer competition & Autumn's sweet friends, Lam & Venni, came to cheer her on.

Papa & Mimi & Olivia came too. We have the best parenting cheer section out of all the teams.

While the girls were waiting for the results to be tallied, they practiced a few stunts. There was also some music playing and all the girls and coaches had fun dancing.

We got 2nd out of 3 teams, but the girls didn't care. They had a great season and loved being together as a team. GO LIONS!

Past Cheer Competitions:

So thankful for Papa & Mimi coming to support her in important things like this. I hope she realizes how blessed she is to have them so close.

Lam & Venni needed rides home, so we stopped at McDonald's to get some food. The girls had so much fun laughing & talking together. Autumn started laughing so hard that she sprayed her drink all over their fries.

The girls didn't want the night to end so they got permission to come over & hang out. Autumn taught them a few cheer moves.

Then they did some karaoke and had a great time. I'm thankful Autumn has such good friends.
