Alisa likes being in Oklahoma b/c she gets to drive at 18 MONTHS old instead of 18 YEARS old. Frank took her for a drive so I could make my green bean casserole and get the potatoes going for mashed potatoes.
The older kids had fun being together and playing games.
I had to go out to the car to sit with Alisa b/c she was being a holy terror. She didn't sleep well last night and got up early this morning. But she wouldn't take a nap when I tried to get her to lay down. She kept screaming & I wasn't going to make everyone listen to that so she screamed in the car. While I was sitting there waiting for Alisa to fall asleep, I saw Julian come outside and help Grannymom's twin sister up to the house b/c the yard was muddy. He's my hero!
Great-granddaughter Addilyn getting sweet sleepy snuggles from Grannymom.
Alisa finally took a nap when I drove for a long time on the back roads out in the country. When she woke up from her nap she was so much nicer! Her & Aubrey both wanted to spin in this chair so we made them share.
They're such frenemies. They either get along great or they're fighting like cats and dogs.
Here's the whole crew. I'm glad we did Thanksgiving today so that Johnnie & his kids could be there.

I told everyone that all I want for a Christmas gift was for us to get a picture together with everyone. We're not coordinated and it's not professional, but I don't care. It's so crazy & awesome to think that 3 years ago a family picture would have been just me & Autumn. Now there's 12 of us!!!
Grannymom & Grampsy with 3 of their 6 kids.
We did a white elephant game and everyone had so much fun
Somehow in this corner, all of us ended up getting these cool beanies. We're the cool beanie cap club.
It all ended way too soon and everyone had to get back to our regular lives. We put away the food, loaded up the vehicles, and said our goodbyes. I'm so thankful to have such loving and wonderful in laws.
The drive home was way easier than the drive up there weather-wise. When we got home, Autumn wanted to play dress-up with Alisa. These frilly pink dresses are too cute!
This one is cute enough that she could even wear it to church. It was a wonderful weekend with family, but I'm also glad to be home.
