Slow & Special Sunday

I LOVE lazy Sunday mornings when we can sleep in and then lounge around. After Alisa got up I changed her and then she got into bed w/ us and watched kids videos on Frank's phones while giving us snuggles.

Then we had the sacrament and this picture of Alisa pointing loving at Jesus says it all. So precious!

It was nice having Grant with us today. Even though our meeting isn't long, I'm glad that we've expected everyone to get dressed in their Sunday best. For us, we still want to show reverence for the sacrament even if we aren't in a chapel setting.

Autumn, Alisa, and I went over to Papa & Mimi's this afternoon b/c Mimi said she had made a huge pot of food and they would never eat it all. While we were there, Alisa got the royal treatment as usual. Papa holds her arms and Mimi holds her legs and they swing her all the way around ... up and over their heads! She LOVES it.

She also got hand fed freshly shelled pistachios. Can you say SPOILED!?!?! Papa has been working on converting our old video cassettes over to DVD's.
