Today I was trying to decide what costume to have Autumn wear to the Trunk-Or-Treat. I found this ADORABLE witch costume and couldn't help but remember that about 26 years ago, there was also another precious girl that wore that same costume...
...ME!
It was so fun to have Autumn try on the same costume I wore when I was 3. However, I'm going to save this cute costume for her to wear next year. I'm so glad my Mom kept this costume (that she made by the way) for me to have my own children wear. It's so fun to compare the pictures of me wearing it to Autumn wearing it now. I'm going to take care of it so Autumn can have her daughters wear it, too!

How fun! I think the Little Red Riding outfit my mom made me is long gone.
That's awesome! I have always made my girls their costumes just so they have that extra special memory attached to it. I think I'll have to save them all too! There's no way I could part with them.
