Party Saturday

Dad is so cute with Autumn & Andrew.  He reads them stories and spoils them rotten.  It’s so fun to watch how good he is with them.

We had waffles for breakfast and then went outside to see the squirrel that Dad caught in a trap he had set.  The kids weren’t too sure about it and stayed close to Papa.  After that, we got cleaned up and headed out for the day.  Lex, Jon, Andrew, Autumn & I went to Sam Moon (not even my idea to go there, but of course I was willing to go along) to get some Christmas gifts.

Then we wanted to tire out the kids so they would sleep well.  We went to the park and played.  Autumn was so excited to go down the slides.

“ One, Two, Three…GO!”

Autumn had such a good time running around the playground.  She got adventurous and went over to the big kids playground this time.  She was running all around like she owned the place.  I need to bring her to the park more often.

It wasn’t too cold and the sun was out, but it was really windy and that made it too cold, so we headed home.  Autumn was NOT happy and threw a fit.  But, we still had a good rest of the day just relaxing and having fun together.  Lex & Jon & Andrew headed home tonight.  It was so much fun having them come up to visit.  We can’t wait to see them at Christmas!
