I’ve been needing to go get some groceries for the past week. All we had in the fridge was a dozen eggs, a gallon of milk, and a jar of strawberry jam. Tonight Autumn went to bed around 9:30 and Nick was home to make sure she wouldn’t be alone so I took my list and headed off to WalMart. I have never had a shopping list this long.
2 1/2 hours later, 2 full shopping carts later, and $220 later I was done. I had so much stuff that a guy came over and asked me where something was b/c he thought I worked there and was putting stuff away b/c my cart was so full. LOL! I finally made it home w/ all the groceries. This doesn’t look like much, but it’s a long counter and those bags are 2 layers deep. I absolutely love WalMart…they have everything you need and it’s so cheap.
It was so exciting to have a full pantry and I love having everything organized and nice.
But, what really made it feel like home was finally having some canisters on the counter full of flour, sugar, rice, and I don’t know what to put in the 4th and smallest one. Any suggestions?
Nick and I decided to celebrate w/ a “cheers” glass of V8 juice! LOL! I still have lots of crap in my closet to put away and get organized, but it is starting to feel like home.

Tea bags! That is what I use the smallest one for. It keeps them fresh!
I was going to say tea bags, but Penny beat me to it. lol.
I'm so happy that you have your own space, and hope you enjoy it to the fullest!
