Swimming & Subway

This morning we woke up and frosted the cupcakes we made last night and then headed over to Mom & Dad’s.  On the way over, a fun song came on the radio so Nick & Autumn & I were jamming out and totally dancing in the car.  We got stuck at a stop light, and didn’t even care that the guys in the van behind us were laughing at us…we kept right on dancing b/c we knew we’d never see them again and we were having fun.  So, we turn into our subdivision and they turned in behind us.  We turned onto our street, and they turned on the same street.  We pulled into Mom & Dad’s driveway, and they pulled in behind us…they had come to fix Mom & Dad’s dish receiver that was ruined in one of the lighting storms we had last week!  So, I got out and just laughed and told the service guys that we had a good song playing and they just laughed too and said it look like we were having fun.  WHOOPS!

Dad was upstairs working out, but stopped as soon as he heard Autumn’s voice downstairs.  If you can’t read the cupcakes, they say, “I Love You, Papa.”

Autumn is obsessed w/ Dad’s goggles and loves wearing them around the house.  She thinks she’s hot stuff.

Autumn wanted to go swimming w/ Papa.  She LOVES it when he throws her up in the air.

The flowers in the backyard are just absolutely GORGEOUS.

After Dad left for work Mom & Autumn & I drove up to a little town just north of us to get some more food pellets for the goats.  While we were up there, I wanted to drive around and see some of the old homes.  This one reminded me of like a Hansel & Gretel type cottage.  Most of the homes up there have huge wrap around porches and are just so cool looking.

We came home and all took naps b/c we were all tired.  Then Liz came over to swim.  Liberty came over a little later, too.  We worked on our tans.  Then after a few hours they had to leave.  Mom & Autumn & I went to Subway for dinner.  We got home and just vegged out and watched TV.  Autumn got really quiet all of sudden (that’s usually NOT a good thing), so I went to find her and she was sitting on the kitchen floor and she was putting chips in the miniature bread pans…caught in the act!

We went outside to feed the baby goats.  They are getting so big and they are always bleeting and baahing for more food.

We had a fun day of just relaxing and watching TV and swimming and playing.   As you can tell, Autumn had a fun day and wore herself out.
