Yesterday we were just sitting at our desks working and Steve came in carrying a tupperware, which usually means he made us his out of this world chocolate chip cookies. However, this time he tried something new and brought us these peanut butter cookies w/ Hershey kisses in the middle. Now, I’ve had cookies like this before from other people, but Steve’s were AHHH-MAZING and by far the best I’ve ever had of this type of cookie. They were so soft and chewy and fan-tab-ulous!!! I will post the recipe as soon as I get it from him. I keep telling him he’s in the wrong business…he needs to go into the cookie making business (oh and his ribs are to die for, too)!
I was going through some old boxes of stuff and found a bunch of old 3 1/2 inch floppy disks. I took all of these disks and put them onto a CD, and didn’t even use 1/2 the space on the CD and it took literally 1 minute to copy all the files onto the CD! Look at how far technology has come in less than 5 years! It’s truly remarkable!

all those floppys fit on less than half a CD?? wow.. that's crazy! good old floppys. hehehe.
Oh, I remember the days of the REAL floppys. Large, thin and black. Ugh, I am so old.
