Happy Birthday, Liberty (Again)!

Today after work, I went and got Autumn Bottom and we went to Target to kill some time before we went to dinner w/ L&L.  We walked around and found a few things we need (like cereal and Q-tips) and of course peach rings!

They were so soft and chewy and yummy.  They definitely remind me of Elder Walker from the mission, b/c he would eat peach candy rings ALL the time.  This one’s for you, Walker!

Autumn is such a little diva and wanted some “whip-stick” to put on.  I gave her some clear lip gloss and she put it on and kept smacking her lips.  We got to Chili’s a little early and to keep Autumn entertained I let her put on more chapstick, but this time it had a red tint to it and I wasn’t paying attention to her putting it on and this is how she looked.  She had it all over her upper lip and was so proud of herself, b/c she kept saying, “I so pretty, Mama.”  What a diva!

L&L got there and we ate and talked and laughed, and then we HAD to order a molten chocolate cake, b/c we were celebrating Liberty’s birthday that was on Saturday.  When it came time to pay the bill, I told the waitress to put the cake on my ticket and Liz said no, to put it on theirs.  That’s when the craziness began.  I told the waitress to put it on mine b/c it was Liberty’s birthday and you’re not allowed to pay for dessert on your birthday.  The waitress said she could split it evenly on both tickets and I told her no, to put it all on mine b/c they are newlyweds and just bought a house and that Liz just got out of prison and has no money.  And Liz said, “Oh yeah?  Well she (meaning me) has crabs!”  I started laughing and said, “No I don’t, and what does that have to do w/ paying for dessert?”  Long story short, I won and got to pay for dessert.

Autumn was SO GOOD and sat quietly while we sat and talked.  This is why she was so good…she was drawing “flowers” on her paper.  She was so proud of them and wanted me to take a picture.

We got home and when Nick got home from work I went over to Karri’s to watch The Bachelorette.  We were a week behind, so we watched last week’s and then watched this week’s.  I am kind of sad she got rid of “Weatherman,” b/c even though he was super annoying he made me laugh b/c he reminded me of Michael on The Office.  My two favorites are The Wrestler and ultimate favorite is Roberto!  He’s so mature and has his act together and is a total HOTTIE!  She’s crazy not to pick him.  And what was up w/ Kasey getting that tattoo?  He’s so weird and if he says that “protect and guard your heart” crap one more time I’m going to scream.  Anyways, it was so fun to watch it w/ Karri b/c we were both cringing and laughing so hard when Kasey started to sing and were just saying, “Oh, sir!  No, no, no!”  I was sad Mary didn’t come watch it tonight, but we still had a good time.
