This morning Autumn was woken up to one of her favorite sites…Papa sitting on the bed w/ a box of doughnuts to share. We wish Andrew (and Lexie & Jon) could have been here to enjoy them w/ us. If getting hand fed doughnuts in bed isn’t being spoiled to the max, then I don’t know what is.
Work was fine today and I was glad when 5:00 finally rolled around. I stopped on the way home from work and picked up some bread (so we could make garlic bread) and a Caesar salad to go w/ our lasagna. We ate and then watched Country Strong. All the singing and acting was great but it was so slow moving and definitely not one that I would watch again anytime soon. Autumn liked the singing b/c she found a foam microphone and was making up her own words to the music while dancing around.
After that, we watched The Tourist (the one w/ Angelina Jolie & Johnny Depp). It was also kind of slow moving in parts but luckily the picturesque setting of Europe made up for that. I can’t watch movies like that b/c they make me ache inside for Slovenija. Plus, Angelina is so elegant and posh and gorgeous in that film. I liked it and would watch it again. It was a lazy Friday night at home but we had fun.
