Glee & Ice Cream

This morning, Autumn & I got up an hour earlier than usual & Autumn knew something was off our normal schedule b/c she kept saying it was too dark to be awake yet and wanted to go look outside to see if it was cloudy or going to rain.  Isn’t it funny how our bodies are so used to schedules that a departure from the normal throws us off?

I took her to daycare and then went over to Mom & Dad’s and we went to the airport.  I sat in the back and played the Antique Shop game until we got to the airport.  I got to drive the Cadillac to work, which was nice.  I finished reading Eat, Pray, Love and had heard good things about The Hunger Games, so I started that.  It was really good and I was actually sad when it was 5:00 and time to go home.

I got Autumn & we went over to Mom & Dad’s so we could feed Emma.  I made dinner and then we came home b/c my new visiting teachers came at 7:00.  After they left, I gave Autumn a bath and then she wanted some ice cream and we watched Glee together.  She liked the songs and would dance around to them.

Once I put Autumn to bed, I had my favorite part of the day…quiet alone time.  I got pictures organized on my desktop into my Project Life folders that I want to print out (I have a folder for each week) while watching Love Song.  It’s not the greatest movie ever, but it’s all that was on.  I have really got to start going to bed earlier!
