Saturday Stickers

I was hoping that I would get to sleep in today since I was up until 4:30 am.  However, Autumn didn’t get the memo and woke up at 8:00.  We had some breakfast, and luckily I had slept in my clothes last night, b/c the doorbell ran unexpectedly at 8:30.  It was the guys that were going to come a few weekends ago to install the ceiling fans.  I didn’t know they were coming, so I’m glad I was dressed instead of running around in a house coat like I usually would be wearing on a Saturday morning.  They installed one in Mom & Dad’s room and then we came over to our house and they installed one in my room, Nick’s room, Autumn’s room, and the living room.  That should help keep the house cooler.  After they were done, Autumn & I went back to Mom & Dad’s so I could start reading Mockingjay, the third and final book in the Hunger Games series.

Liz & Liberty came over at 2:00 so we could go swimming.  I thought for sure that I would end up falling asleep and taking a little nap before they got there.  But, I didn’t because I was so addicted to reading Mockingjay.  It was great to take a break when they came over.  We swam and enjoyed working on our tans.  After we had had enough, we came back in the house and Autumn proceeded to decorate Liz w/ stickers.  One on the forehead and one on each ear to look like earrings.

Then she did me proud by busting out her fake camera and turned into a paparazzi.  She was taking pictures non stop.  I’m sad this picture is grainy, but it’s better than nothing.  We made some snack food to nibble on and then sat and talked for a while.

I was asking Liz if she’s taken any “pregnant belly pictures” yet, and she said she only had a few.  I told her we had to take one since I regretted only taking one when I was pregnant w/ Autumn.  Her belly is getting so cute and round.  After they left, Autumn & I watched TV and then had mac & cheese (and zucchini to feel semi-healthy) for dinner.  We stayed at Mom & Dad’s until 10:30 when Nick got home from work and then we left so we could go to bed.  We were both exhausted from being up so late last night.
