Liz sent me a text last week saying we needed to get together and have a GNO. I completely agreed, especially when I stopped to think about the last time I saw her. It was back in December when we had our Pest Control Peeps get together! I can’t believe that much time has passed since I’ve seen her. Anyways, we decided tonight was the night. I told Autumn she could come w/ us and she was so excited. She got all dressed up and I even let her wear a little lipstick for the special occasion.
We went to Olive Garden to try their 3 course meal for $12.95. It was good food, but the desserts were way too small. The best part though, was getting to sit and talk to Liz. I just love her so much b/c she’s so funny. It’s fun to hear her talk about Baby Jacob and dealing w/ the joys and hardships of motherhood. I remember being in the phase of life and I miss it, but at the same time am glad Autumn’s in this perfect stage where she’s sweet and innocent but is old enough to have a sparkling personality. She was so well-behaved during dinner. I told Liz we definitely need to do this more often, or at least get together more often. It’s such a refreshing and rejuvenating thing to get together w/ girl friends.
Autumn & I came home and watched the last 1/2 of Project Runway. Then we read in the Book of Mormon and I put her to bed. I watched 24 Hour Runway, filled out my PLife journaling cards from yesterday and today, then watched TMZ w/ Nick and now it’s time for dreamland.
