I got to leave work at 4:20 today b/c my boss told me to go home since it was so slow. SWEET! Some guys came to do some painting at Mom & Dad’s house, so they had the house all open to help it dry faster. It was cooler outside than it was inside, so we sat out on the patio to eat. We had German wurst and then green beans, yellow crookneck squash & beet greens from the garden. They were SO GOOD, and knowing they came from the garden made them even better.
After dinner, Autumn said that she wanted to take some pictures w/ my little point & shoot camera.
She’s a good little photographer and these are some of the best pics she got. She took over 30 pics, so she must take after her Mama! :)
She’s already mastered the art of sun flair.
Mom & I were sitting and visiting and had to laugh to ourselves when we looked over and saw her taking self portraits.
We couldn’t hold in the laughter when we saw her stick the camera in her mouth. This nasty pic is the result of that. At least she’s being creative and thinking outside the box. Once it started to get dark and the bugs came out, we came in the house and just vegged and watched some TV. It was 9:30 before I knew it, so we loaded up and headed home and went to bed.
