Today was Administrative Professionals Day, so my boss took me out to lunch. Actually, we had a lot of people at the office for a sales training today, so we all went out to lunch. We went to Baker Brother’s, and I was shocked that just a small sandwich w/ no chips or a drink was $6.50! I was glad I wasn’t the one paying. But, the sandwich was good and had really quality meat. However, for that price I’d rather have my panini & sweet potato fries.
After work/”college” we went over to Mom & Dad’s for dinner. I had to leave soon after we ate to make it to Young Women’s on time. It was combined w/ all the Young Women and we split them up into 3 teams and they had to create a small putt putt golf hole. I spent most of the evening talking to the Young Women’s President about what to do about some girls that are coming to church dressed immodestly. How do we kindly tell them that what they are wearing isn’t appropriate w/out offending them? I don’t want to offend them and make them feel like they’re not welcome, b/c I want them to still come to church and activities. I just want them to dress according to the dress standards that everyone is to adhere by. I guess I’ll just have to do some fasting and praying about how best to approach it.
Anyways, I went back to Mom & Dad’s to get Autumn so I could bring her home and put her to bed. I just vegged out on the couch and watched Revenge. Happy Administrative Professionals Day to me.
