Pale Pink Iris

We are trying to go on a walk every evening that we can while the weather is still nice and not too hot or humid.  I love being out in nature and am glad Autumn can ride her bike and that we can go around and see all the pretty flowers.

This is one of my favorites (after the bluebonnets) so far.  It’s a very pale pink iris.  This picture doesn’t do it justice, b/c it looks white in this pic, but it’s a delicate pink and I’ve never seen one that color before.

This pale purple one is also super pretty.  After our walk we stayed at Mom & Dad’s house and watched Dancing With The Stars b/c they had gone to a meeting.  I like being able to watch it on the DVR b/c we can fast forward through all the commercials and judges’ critiques and just watch the dancing part.  By the time it was over, it was already 9:00 so we came home and I got Autumn to bed and did some loads of laundry and packed for our overnight party tomorrow!  We’re super excited for it.
