Preppin’ For Mother’s Day

This is a picture of the pretty flowers that Curt & Mary & Autumn bought for Mimi last night.  Church was good today and after church we went to Mom & Dad’s for dinner.  Mom left right after dinner to go down to Austin for a few days to help Lexie while Jon is at work.  Andrew has the chicken pox and has been a handful.  Autumn & I didn’t stay long b/c we had visiting teaching at 6:00.  My visiting teaching partner brought us some warm fried plantain wraps that her Mom had made.  They were SO GOOD!

After visiting teaching, we came home and Autumn wanted to watch Once Upon A Time.  I really need to watch them from the start, b/c I’ve only seen some of the episodes.  After the show, I helped Autumn write this card to Rufio for Mother’s Day.  It was a generational effort.  Mom bought the card, I told Autumn what letters to write, and Autumn wrote them.  Hopefully Rufio won’t check this blog post before it gets to her in the mail.
