Puzzles & An Avocado Sandwich

Today when I went to get Autumn from “college”, she had just started a puzzle, so I sat down at the table and helped her put it back together.  She’s such a smart little bug and I’m so glad she’s mine.  It’s funny b/c I always do her hair in the morning before I drop her off and when I pick her up, her hair is always down.  She takes it out so she can swing it around when she’s dancing, or so she can feel it flying out behind her when she runs.

When we got to Mom & Dad’s, Mom was using this cool new kitchen gadget that Dad had gotten her for Mother’s Day that scoops out and cuts an avocado.  It looked so good that I decided to have an avocado sandwich for dinner.  It’s just mayo on a piece of toasted bread and it’s topped w/ sliced avocado and salt and pepper, and I always have to eat mine open faced.  I haven’t had one in a long time and it was SO GOOD!
