Sleeping Sweetie

Today when we got done w/ work & school we went over to Mom & Dad’s house so I could cook dinner for us & Nick.  While I was busy chopping veggies, Autumn went and sat in the chair.  I noticed after a few minutes that she was being way too quiet.  She is such a good faker, so I went over to tease her, but she was really sound asleep.  She’s so adorable when she’s asleep.  Waking her up, however, was not so adorable.  I let her sleep for about 40 minutes, but I didn’t want her to sleep too long or else she wouldn’t go to bed tonight.  I rubbed her back, tickled her feet, and talked to her.  She would open her eyes for a few seconds and then would go back to sleep.  So, I had to make her stand up and dance w/ me.  She was NOT happy about that.  But, eventually she stayed awake and we watched a recorded episode of SYTYCD.  I’m so glad that she did end up going to sleep when it was time.
