Emma Love

Tonight after work/school, we went over to Mom & Dad’s.  They aren’t home b/c they’re living it up in Vegas w/ Jana & Keith.  But, we went over to spend some time w/ Aunt Jeri and to eat some left over eggrolls & fried rice.  We watched Dancing With The Stars and during commercials we got down on the floor to play w/ Emma.  I have no idea why Emma’s eyes look so creepy and possessed in this picture.  Maybe she’s got in contacts for Halloween???  BA HA HA!

This is a better picture of her.  She loves it when we throw her chew stick (on the ground in the picture above) so she can chase after it and bring it back.  I love hearing the click click click of her nails on the wooden floor as she runs and then skids to a stop and then starts running again.  Good ol’ Emma!

We ran to WalMart to pick up some pics I had printed off for my Project Life and also to get a few groceries.  Autumn stood on the end of the cart while I pushed her up and down the aisles super fast.  We almost ran into another cart once or twice, but Autumn was having so much fun.  We came home and I got her to bed and then hurried and burned all the pics (194 of them) from the Girl’s Weekend onto CD’s so I could take each of the 4 ladies their own copy tonight.  I also put the picture of us in our towels on the beach into a cute black frame that said “LIVE” at the top in wooden letters.

We watched 2 episodes of Downton Abbey, b/c we didn’t get together last week since we had just been together all weekend and our families needed us.  The girls really seemed to like the gifts.  I’m so glad we got to do that and have those memories.  Hopefully a Girl’s Weekend is something we can make a yearly tradition.  I didn’t get home until 12:30 and was so tired that I had a headache.  I need to get more sleep!
