Friday Fun

Today at lunchtime I had a major craving for a Baja Mt. Dew from Taco Bell.  I haven’t had one in years, but it just sounded so good.  I was trying to figure out what to eat for lunch and was super surprised to find that they still have crunch wraps.  Those were popular back in the day, but I didn’t know they still had them.  This was not a very healthy lunch, but it hit the spot.

Mom & Dad got home from Vegas today and said they had a GREAT time.  I’m glad they got to go do that and get away for a little while.  But, we’re sure glad they’re back.  Mom made a super yummy dinner and after we ate we sat around and talked about all the fun things they did.

Autumn & I left earlier than usual to come home, b/c she said it’s not fair that every night as soon as we get home she has to go to bed.  So, we left early so she could have time to play w/ her toys before bedtime.  She asked if we could watch a movie while she played w/ her dolls.  She picked Babes In Toyland (you can see it blurry in the background).  She also wanted to have a treat, and brownie batter is one of our favorites so we made up a batch of brownies and ate about 1/4 of the batter before we finally stopped ourselves and put them in the oven to bake.

She wanted to get a picture of our treat and she did a great job of getting the brownies in focus w/ the background blurred.  It was a fun night and I’m glad we got to relax at home together.
