Movies & A Puzzle & Food

We got up this morning and Mom made us super good omelets for breakfast.  I busted out another puzzle she got and started working on that.  Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory (the 1971 version) was on TV, so we watched that while we worked on the puzzle.  Mom said she had never seen it before (WHAT!?!?!) and neither had Autumn.  I like that version so much better than the Johnny Depp version.  Autumn had so many questions b/c it’s such a weird & random movie.

Once that was over, we watched Runaway Bride b/c it was also on TV.  For lunch we just had sandwiches & chips and kept working on the puzzle.

In between working on the puzzle, I would get up and dance w/ Autumn and we’d also wrestle.  Once Runaway Bride was over, Mom wanted to watch a movie w/out wasting time on commercials so she picked Raising Helen b/c we own it on DVD.  I just love John Corbett!  One of my favorite movies he’s in is My Big Fat Greek Wedding.  I also love that he’s the voice of Applebee’s & Walgreens commercials. 

For dinner Mom ordered Chinese and we watched Big Bang Theory.  We finally got this puzzle done at 9:30 pm.  It was a hard one b/c the picture on the box is not what the puzzle is.  The puzzle is “what happens next” from what’s on the box.  It was fun, but not as fun as the one I did last night.  It was a completely lazy and relaxing Saturday…just the kind I like!
