Tonight after work/school, Mom watched Autumn for me and I went to dinner w/ Liz. We haven’t seen each other in a long time, other than just saying a quick “hi” in the hall at church. So, we scheduled some “Liz & Lisa time” a few weeks ago and tonight was finally the night. We went to Torchy’s Taco and it was GOOD! We got their queso and it was DIVINE! I also got their trailer trash taco off the secret menu & then a taco w/ fried portabella mushrooms & avocado and a super good sauce. I was STUFFED by the time I was done.
It was so good for my soul & spirit to spend time w/ Liz. We talk and laugh and have such a great time together. We just “get” each other and I’m so eternally thankful for her friendship. We were there for 2 hours and it felt like 30 minutes. Anyways, it was fabulous and we need to have more “Liz & Lisa time” again soon.
