Swim Lessons & Flopping Into The LoveSac

We woke up this morning to some heavy winds and major rain storms.

The clouds were so dark and foreboding, but I was glad b/c I love Texas rainstorms.  Plus, we need the rain really bad.

I was glad that the storms blew through the area by the afternoon, b/c Autumn & Andrew started their 2 weeks of swim lessons this evening.  But, it was SO HUMID!  I look like a fool b/c I have to wrap up in towels to keep from being eaten alive by mosquitoes.  Even bug spray doesn’t keep them from biting me.  But, being covered up works, so that’s what I do.

Jackson was such a good boy while A&A were in their class.  I love this cute shot of Lexie holding him so he can peek through the gate at the older kids swimming.  We’ll have to see about getting him into lessons next year.

As soon as lessons were over at 7:45, Autumn & I rushed home so I could get her to bed.  She finally fell asleep around 8:40, so I left and went to Sonic and got some 1/2 price shakes and went to Christine’s.  We had 2 episodes of the Bachelorette to catch up on.  After the 1st one, we talked for a bit and then got crazy and wild to keep Mary from falling asleep.  Christine got a huge LoveSac and they were jumping off of the table and couches and into the LoveSac.  In this one, they rolled Melanie up in the LoveSac after she jumped in.  Her feet sticking out the one end crack me up!

I only had my iPhone camera, so this one is super blurry but it shows Mary & Karri jumping into the LoveSac at the same time.  We started the current episode and everyone but Mary & I fell asleep.  We didn’t leave to go home until 12:40 am!  I am going to be so tired tomorrow, but it was totally worth it to see the girls again and spend time w/ them.
