I had to scarf down some dinner at Mom & Dad’s tonight, and then go back over to Autumn’s school for curriculum night. The 1st grade teachers met w/ us in the library and went over what the expectations are for this year.
When Nick got home from work tonight, he was hungry so I went to make him some pigs in a blanket. Usually I have to whack the container of rolls on the counter to pop it open. But, tonight it EXPLODED on me and hurt my finger. I found little dough pieces all over the kitchen! Nick started laughing so hard b/c I was so scared when it popped. He had tears streaming down his cheeks from laughing for 2 minutes straight, the little stinker.
Tonight after Autumn took her shower, she asked me to put curlers in her hair for “Rock N Roll Day” at school tomorrow. I put them in while we watched Project Runway, and then off she went to bed. I had to sneak in & get a picture of her asleep w/ her curlers in her hair. She’s been SO GOOD about sleeping in her own bed the whole night, too.
