Meeting Baby Olivia For The First Time

IMG_3234Colorful hair bow, pretty curls, Doc McStuffins, and some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream with 2 spoons. Yay for relaxing Sunday afternoons!

IMG_3236 When Mom & Dad got home from church we had a roast, carrots, potatoes, and gravy for lunch.  Then Mom & Autumn looked up a tutorial online for how to make a duct tape rose.  Mom is going to make these on Wednesday w/ her Activity Day girls & wanted to see if it was easy enough for Autumn to make.

IMG_3240 Autumn needed a little bit of help, but this was the final product.  I think it turned out great and looks really cool.

IMG_3248 Mom & Dad left at 5:30 to go to the airport to pick up Riannon & Olivia.  We were SO EXCITED when they walked in the door.  Olivia is so stinkin’ cute and we loved munching on her fat cheeks.

IMG_3266While Mom & Dad were at the airport, I made a pan of Aunt Jeri’s best brownies ever.  I had a hanerkin’ for them (you can’t deny a hankerin’) plus, it’s Aunt Jeri’s birthday today so we ate some in her honor.  Mom invited Curt & Mary over to have some dinner w/ us since we had so many leftovers from lunch, and so they could meet Baby Olivia.  I say this all the time, but it’s always just as true … my heart is always so full when the house is filled w/ good friends, good food, and family.  We are so blessed beyond measure!
