Oil Change, Dinner, & Easter Eggs

Even though it’s a big pain to have to do meal planning, shop for the food, pay for the food, prepare the food, and clean up the food I’m glad that we’re having family meals together around the table. We have to eat in the formal dining room b/c the kitchen dining room table is covered w/ crafts & Project Life stuff.

I was FINALLY able to go & get my oil changed today. I just told my boss that I was taking a long lunch (I hardly ever take lunch breaks) to go get it done. I stopped by the car shop this morning & made an appointment for noon. I’m glad to have that done & taken care of.

Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed w/ all the Easter eggs filled w/ candy that are required this year? It seems like way more than last year. I had to have some candy filled eggs for our Easter egg hunt at Nate & Riannon’s house. Then I have to have some for Autumn’s Activity Days tomorrow. Then I have to have some for Autumn’s daycare party on Thursday. Then I have to have some for our Easter egg hunt at the farm on Saturday. It’s just A LOT of eggs this year! Since there are so many Easter egg hunts this year, at least it’s fun to see the pretty glittery ones that other Mom’s are willing to splurge on (I buy the cheapest plastic eggs I can find).
