Yard Work

It has been raining a lot lately, and our yard was getting out of control. Usually Nick mows the lawn & takes care of the yard but he was at work and it was just buggin’ me. So, after dinner I went outside and mowed the front yard and even did some edging! Our yard is the ghetto one on the street b/c we don’t have a lawn service come do the work for us. When I looked at my neighbor’s yard to the right and to the left, both of their edging looks great. Ours looked horrible, and we had weeds growing out onto the sidewalk. Our edger didn’t work too well, but at least it’s a little bit better than it was before.

After all the hard yard work outside we finally came in when it was getting dark. We had Family Home Evening, and for our treat we had some coconut cream pie. Delicious!
