Fun Family Home Evening

Tonight when we got home I asked Nick if he could figure out how to change the flat tire on Autumn’s bike. He tried his best, but just couldn’t do it. I decided that we would just go to WalMart & get her a new bike b/c they’ve got some on sale and this bike is honestly way too small for her. It was time to upgrade to a bigger size anyways.

We got there and this is the one she wanted that was on sale. I was surprised she picked the blue one instead of the pink one. This bike is just a tiny bit too big for her since her tippy toes barely touch the ground when she’s sitting on the seat in the lowest position. But it’s good b/c she’ll be able to grow into it and use it for longer than a month.

We had a spiritual talk in the car on the way to WalMart, and we decided that getting Autumn’s bike could count for our activity, which meant it was time for a TREAT! We introduced Nick to the Big Kahuna shaved ice. It was a great evening and a fun Family Home Evening.
