Autumn & I went out to dinner tonight. We shared a Cabana bowl & we decided to splurge and get these 10 sopapillas w/ dulce dipping sauce. Autumn was being SO FUNNY and dancing in her seat to the music they had playing in the restaurant. She pulled this funny/sassy face. I just love her to pieces and can’t believe how grown up she’s looking lately!
After dinner we went to WalMart to return the bike we got yesterday. We got it home and Autumn went to ride it and we discovered that the front brakes were broken and didn’t work! We tried a replacement bike on the bottom rack but it was scratched up and made a weird noise. So, we asked for help to get another one that was on the top rack. This nice employee was sent to help us and he went above and beyond the call of duty.
He had Autumn make a practice lap around the aisles just to make sure she had the hang of riding it and that she liked the feel of the bike. We left as very happy customers, and made sure to check the front and back brakes this time!
Autumn rode around the block a few times to test it out and she liked it. I think she’ll like it even more in a few months when she grows a little bit and she’s more used to the bigness of the bike. I got her to bed and decided to take advantage of the Amazon Prime free trial. I watched Mansfield Park w/ their free Prime movie streaming. It’s one I’ve never seen and I really liked it!
