Cool Clouds

 Why are they just so stinkin' cute and angelic when they're asleep? This is her current favorite stuffed animal. She got it from Santa for Christmas and she calls him "Wolfie." I made sure she went to bed a little early last night, so she could be well rested for the STAAR test today.

That stands for State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness. It's a big deal, and she was nervous about it. But I made sure we got up in plenty of time for her to have a nice breakfast and not be rushed. When I picked her up at daycare she said she feels like it went well. WHEW!

The clouds this evening were so cool looking! It looked like we were underneath the backside of an ocean wave. We didn't have FHE tonight since everyone was over yesterday. I got Autumn signed up for cheerleading again this fall. We love her coach and other teammates and are excited to see them all again. Autumn tried on her uniform from last year to see if we could use it again this year, but she has grown too much. It's way too tight and way too short!
