Singing & Filling In Sunday

Autumn LOVES Snapchat and was having fun w/ this Harry Potter filter this morning before church.

Church was good. Since it's a 5th Sunday we had a musical sacrament meeting. Instead of there being talks, people were asked to share a hymn that is meaningful to them and why. The Young Women had been asked to provide 2 musical numbers, so one of the YW said she was willing to play the piano and she did a great job. Then for our 2nd musical number we had all the YW come up, and invited any returned sister missionaries in the congregation to join us. We sang "As Sisters in Zion" with the words changed to focus on missionary work.

The sisters of Zion are called to God's labor,
We willingly serve Him with spirit and might.
We go to the nations with truth everlasting,
We teach of the Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ.

We thank thee, O God, for a prophet to guide us,
We trust in his words and our purpose is clear.
The angels of heaven are walking beside us,
We'll share our glad message with all who will hear.

We go forth enlisted with Helaman's Army
In numbers much greater than ever before.
With power and spirit we'll faithfully witness
The heavens have spoken and truth is restored!

During the 3rd hour all the adults were combined to talk about the blessings of home & visiting teaching. Since the Bishop wanted as many adults there as possible, we had the youth fill in for some of the teachers in Primary. I was SO PROUD of how many youth there were waiting outside the Primary room to help. They did a GREAT job.

We came home, had a late lunch, and then I went visiting teaching at 4:00. When I got home we just relaxed. Autumn took all the blankets out of her room and brought them into the living room. She sat and folded them and rolled them up. But, they had to be exactly perfect or else she had to start all over. She cracks me up!

One more Snapchat for good measure. She sent this one to Ashley who is away at college. LOL!
